ကျောင်းတစ်ကျောင်းရဲ့ အောင်မြင်မှုကို ကျောင်းသားဘယ်နှစ်ယောက် ရှိသလဲ၊ ဘယ်လောက်အောင်မြင်မှုရသလဲ၊ ဘယ်လောက်ကြော်ငြာနိုင်သလဲဆိုတာနဲ့ပဲ မတိုင်းတာသင့်ဘူးလို့ ကျွန်မ ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။

ကလေးတွေကို စာတတ်အောင် သင်ပေးရုံနဲ့ မလုံလောက်ပါဘူး။ သူတို့ရဲ့ Thinking Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, Communication Skills, Teamwork, Creativity, Confidence နဲ့ Love of Learning တွေပါ တစ်ပြိုင်နက်တည်း ဖွံ့ဖြိုးလာဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။

“ကျွန်မ PhyoMauk Education ကို တည်ထောင်ခဲ့တာ ကလေးတွေ စာပိုတော်လာဖို့တစ်ခုတည်း မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
စာသင်ရတာကို မကြောက်တော့တဲ့ကလေး၊ မေးခွန်းမေးရဲတဲ့ကလေး၊ မှားမှာကို မကြောက်တဲ့ကလေး၊ ကိုယ်တိုင် စဉ်းစားတတ်တဲ့ကလေး၊ ပြီးတော့ ‘ငါလည်း လုပ်နိုင်တယ်’ လို့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ယုံကြည်လာတဲ့ကလေးတွေ ဖြစ်လာတာကို မြင်ချင်လို့ပါ။
မိဘတစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ကလေးရဲ့ အနာဂတ်အတွက် ဘယ်လောက်အရေးကြီးတယ်ဆိုတာ ကျွန်မ နားလည်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် PhyoMauk မှာ ကလေးတစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီကို အမှတ်တစ်ခု၊ Grade တစ်ခု၊ Result တစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ မကြည့်ဘဲ တိုးတက်လာနိုင်တဲ့ လူတစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ကြည့်ပါတယ်။
